  • Standard Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
  • Non-refundable Bookings: No cancellations or modifications allowed. Full payment is non-refundable.
  • No-show Policy: Failure to show up results in the full booking amount being forfeited.
  • Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early departures.

1.2 Reservation Modification:

Modifications can be made by contacting us at least 48 hours before check-in. Additional charges may apply.

  • Group Bookings & Events: A 30-day notice is required for cancellations.
  • Long-Stay Bookings: For stays over 7 nights, cancellations must be made 7 days prior for a full refund.

  • Non-refundable Bookings: No refund will be issued for non-refundable bookings.

  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2.3 Overcharges or Payment Errors:

If an overcharge occurs, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2.4 Refund for No-show or Early Departure:

No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

2.5 Refunds for Disputes or Complaints:

Refunds based on disputes or complaints will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of a refund within 30 days of check-out.
